1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nn33 in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with nn33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of nn33 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Access to nn33 and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of nn33, including deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. Registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

KYC verification is mandatory under PAGCOR-compliant regulations and must be completed before withdrawal privileges are activated. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, PRC Professional ID, COMELEC Voter's ID, and other PAGCOR-recognized Philippine government-issued IDs.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is truthful and accurate. You undertake to promptly notify nn33 of any changes to your registered information. nn33 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

nn33 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or where the account holder fails to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe specified by nn33.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nn33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify nn33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. nn33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

nn33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from nn33 that requests your password or full payment card details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activities conducted through your Account, including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated while your Account is logged in, are your responsibility. nn33 is entitled to act upon instructions transmitted from your Account login session without independent verification of the identity of the individual giving those instructions.

6 Deposits & Payments

nn33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned, less any processing fees.

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard. These limits may be revised by nn33 at any time with reasonable notice.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the Player.

nn33 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withholding of funds pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a payment method linked to a verified account in the Player's own name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours; BPI, BDO, and UnionBank — within 24 hours on Philippine banking business days; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain confirmation times.

nn33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, appear unusual in pattern or amount, or are flagged by nn33's compliance monitoring systems. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of the review.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where the Player's Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms, where KYC documentation is incomplete or expired, where the Player has an active unresolved responsible gaming cooling-off period, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

nn33 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or blockchain networks are the responsibility of the Player.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

nn33 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rebates. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page within your Account dashboard.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following General Bonus Terms apply to all nn33 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the promotion terms.

9 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Participating in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes in relation to deposits made to nn33.

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward nn33 staff, support agents, or other Players.

11 Responsible Gaming

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a financial strategy, income source, or method for recovering financial losses. nn33 acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors and has implemented the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the nn33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the compilation thereof — is the property of nn33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

nn33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorized use of nn33's intellectual property is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable laws, rendering you liable for civil and criminal penalties.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, nn33, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated gaming winnings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, network outages, or unauthorized access to your Account by third parties.
• Errors in published game information, odds, or promotional materials, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable time.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nn33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

nn33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

nn33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Direction by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Identification of the Account holder as a prohibited person under applicable sanctions lists.
• Reasonable suspicion of account sharing, multiple account operation, or identity fraud.

Upon Account termination for cause, nn33 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course; bonus credits and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and nn33 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication. Players are encouraged to raise concerns in the first instance through nn33's live chat support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body with jurisdiction over nn33's operations in the Philippines. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any unresolved legal disputes.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nn33's decisions regarding game outcomes determined by certified RNG or physical equipment in live casino games are final and not subject to reversal through the dispute resolution process, unless nn33 determines that a demonstrable technical error occurred.

16 Amendments to These Terms

nn33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. For material changes, nn33 will endeavor to provide advance notice via email to the registered address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. Your continued use of nn33 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure per Section 14.
